Brewing up some atmosphere

Paul Bayliss runs the Brasserie du Quercorb and this photo was taken for a magazine article. The original photograph of the brewer and business man was submitted to the publisher in colour but I couldn't resist having a little play in Photoshop before posting this on my blog
